The October Break and Mòd week are almost upon us and what an action-packed few weeks we’ve had…
The FilmG workshops kicked off once again with Eòrpa and BBC An Là presenter, Màiri Rodgers visiting Culloden Academy to get their creative juices flowing and Duncan MacNeil of calling in to see Oban High School pupils about their script. Dunoon pupils were the first to get filming and have finished a film already! For the first time ever, we’ve given control of our Snapchat to school pupils themselves and we loved getting a pupils’ perspective on a FilmG workshop!
Eilidh was at Stòrlann’s An t-Alltan conference for Gaelic teachers this week too, with Katie from MG Alba. It was great to chat to teachers about our new prizes and MG ALBA’s upcoming Vlog competition in celebration of the Royal National Mòd.
Watch this space for more updates from the Mòd itself!
